Client account executives are responsible for building relationships between LSI and our clients, helping market LSI's services and capabilities. Specifically, account executives will:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business development
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers
  • Build relationships with key executives to develop ideas, pursue opportunities and close sales
  • Plan and drive business development efforts across the breadth of client business units and functions
  • Play a leadership role in proposal development
  • Work closely with LSI's Operations Group and consultants to ensure client satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in addition to experience developing and selling professional services. And lastly, they should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and strong relationship management skills.

  • Air Force Subject Matter Experts in Warner Robins, GA and Oklahoma City, OK - various areas of expertise are needed

  • Government relationship executives, including retired military general officers, SES employees, GS-15 executives and SMEs with DoD experience

This position will report directly to the Sr. VP of Operations and will be responsible for managing the date-to-day contractual, data research and consultant needs.


Specifically, the duties include:

  • Management of the implementation and on-going operation of the new Sales/ERP software system
  • Oversight of all contracts
  • Management of the Contracts Manager
  • Oversight of all Research activities
  • Management of the Data Research team
  • Preparation of Task Orders for consultants and serve as the general POC for consultants once they are resourced on an assignment
  • Assistance to consultants with time and expense entry problems or other corporate questions
  • Management of the Monthly Status Report preparation and distribution
  • Management of all trade show activities
  • Other duties as required to ensure the most efficient management of operations


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years of management experience
  • 10 years of  experience managing government contracts
  • Experience with ERP software implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
