LSI has developed a management system and software tools that efficiently manage thousands of critical Air Force components. This system is employed on our Landing Gear Prime Vendor Contract (LGPVC), a large task-order based integration contract in which LSI manages the supply chain for components supporting the landing gear repair shop at Hill Air Force Base.

Our PMC systems contains tracking and reporting tools that allow us to improve supply chain results by capturing management data associated with lead times, inventory on-hand and urgency of items required. Utilizing intuitive user interfaces and linked to detailed databases of inventory, our “lgIT” software allows us to deliver unprecedented inventory accuracy levels. lgIT and our business processes include a Quality Manual, Procedures, Checklists and Work instructions.

We have consistently been rated “Excellent” on our government Contractor Performance Assessment Ratings (CPARs). Our average accuracy rates for inventory management exceed 95% on consumable items and 99% on serialized parts.
