Inventory Management

Inventory Management is an essential element in assuring accurate spares planning and inventory control. LSI has developed a number of successful inventory management models for our clients. These models track inventories located at multiple locations and assets that are have multiple ownerships. In many instances, our inventory teams conduct annual physical inventories as well as perform on-going cycle counts. An inventory-reconciliation is performed following each type of count.
